Clicking on the picture of the scanner below should open the radioreference.com Hartford County page.  From there you should be able to find the East Hartford feed.  This is brand-new for me as of 10/2/09
I'm sure that there will be growing pains associated with it on my end so please be patient.  Please take the time to provide feedback to me by e-mailing me at this link to let me know both if it is working or if it is not. 

The radioreference site is pretty cool so take some time to check it out.  You can also become a premium member for about $30.00 a year.  One of the cool benefits of this is that you can download archived audio files (from any of the feeds that they host) and replay them.
